The Youth Climate Leadership Program (YCLP) is a flagship initiative of the Quezon City Climate Action Labs, designed to equip Sangguniang Kabataan leaders, youth organizations, and student leaders with the knowledge, tools, and platforms to lead bold, community-rooted climate action.
This program recognizes the unique role of the youth as catalysts for transformation — in their communities, schools, and the city at large. YCLP supports young leaders from awareness to action, and from local innovation to systems change.
A key feature of the program is activating of Climate Action Labs chapters in universities and senior high schools across Quezon City — creating a city-wide youth network committed to climate resilience, sustainability, and civic engagement.
